Hope everyone who celebrates this time of year, has been enjoying themselves! I know I did… with all the goodies, and big dinner. I totally overdid it this year and was surprised I didn't need to be rolled out of my sister's house after our huge dinner. Now I've come home and been able to take a nap and feel better. Still filled to the gills.. but enough room to dip into the leftovers a little 
I have to say, I enjoyed not cooking this meal, as I have the last few holidays. Also, getting to skip out on the clean-up was AWESOME! hehe. If you want to see me cooking something though, you should totally check out the latest post on my site at http://summer.bigcuties.com
