I hope you are having a wonderful week! I for one have been loving this springtime weather!!!! Recently, one of my members requested an arm-centric set focusing on his favorite feature of mine….my giant flabby arms. So of course I wanted to fulfill his request, and here it is! 
What better way to highlight my pudgy appendages than by doing some weight lifting? Watch me curl, press, and struggle with these heavy dumbbells.
I was feeling pretty buff while shooting this set but the next day my arms were DEAD! I could have used someone to dress me and feed me and even brush my hair. My poor chunky arms were useless! I don't think I'll make arm exercises a part of my routine anytime soon.
