When you have as many nooks and crannies as I do showering is serious business. After I was taken down by a couple of waves, almost consumed but the surf, and made to crawl to dry land I was just covered in sand. Luckily there was a outdoor shower nearby where I could let the water wash over every inch of my massive body. Come have a look.
