They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I started mine like any good fatty would do. Lots of bacon, lots of sausages, some fried eggs, and huge cinnamon roll….basically lots of calories. I'm not much of a chef, but I enjoy cooking almost as much as I enjoy eating, which is a lot. I try to stick with hearty meals, as you can see from my breakfast, so you won't be finding any low fat or low carb meals in my kitchen .
