Nothing beats rummaging through the kitchen and just shoving everything edible in your face. Bologna...string cheese...Sriracha Pringles. If it isn't nailed down, I'm consuming it and washing it down with a 2 liter of DP (which looks super tiny in comparison to my giant bod!) Binge eating is one of my favesss! And lately it looks like everything I eat is going to my arms. My arm is literally the size of a ham. Oink!
